It’s a familiar feeling – that rush of excitement at the prospect of trying out a new software program, tempered with a slight twinge of anxiety about the prospect of getting to grips with it. But for new PrimeCenter customers, it’s a feeling that can be consigned to the past. With the introduction of the new PrimeCenter Customer Success Plan, onboarding and setting up PrimeCenter will be plain sailing.
The PrimeCenter Customer Success Plan as an additional onboarding and support package for new customers alongside their initial software purchase. This plan helps you maximize PrimeCenter’s considerable benefits in the most effective way for your unique production needs. In other words, it provides personalized support to get you up and running quickly.
How does it work?
Depending upon the level of services you are interested in, you’ll be offered one of the three tiers of the PrimeCenter Customer Success Plan – Launch, Accelerate or Elevate. They kick off with a meeting with our Technical Sales team, in which you can establish your user goals for PrimeCenter and learn more about how to tailor the solution to your needs. Once PrimeCenter is up and running, it will enable you to prepare jobs three times faster using customized recipes to streamline file preparation. It can also cut media waste by 20% and reduce the time your operators spend on repetitive tasks. Automating elements of your workflow can result in significant cost savings. So knowing how PrimeCenter can work specifically for you is critical to getting the most out of it.
After your onboarding meeting with the Technical Sales team, you’ll receive access to Caldera’s Learning Management System (LMS). This will enable you to complete PrimeCenter trainings. We will guide you through your initial recipe configuration, showing you how to automate prepress tasks across your workflow. All the plans include weekly follow-up calls, post configuration debriefing and a number of help or follow up hours.
Pricing for the PrimeCenter Customer Success Plan start at a fixed fee of €1,995 for the Launch plan. All levels include training modules on the Caldera EcoSystem, Software Management, Software Set-Up and PrimeCenter Basics. Level 2 includes training on the Pro Package workflow and Level 3 features training on the Max Package Workflow.
